We were asked to help organize the backend content for the Teachers website team. They had thousands of articles and booklists on AEM, and their current structure caused long URLs that were not user- or SEO-friendly.
We recommended a card sort to help them come up with a few categories for their articles and booklists that would hopefully have shorter URL-friendly titles and might be useful for a customer-facing navigation in the future.
